Sometimes you eat out and try the newest hippest restaurant or food spot in town, and sometimes you create in your kitchen.
This is a new favorite of mine; the Smoothie Bowl.
It's made from frozen ingredients so it's basically like eating ice cream topped with muesli and kiwi slices (yes I eat the skin on the kiwi, try your best to hold judgment there). Plus that is where all the fiber is packed! Don't knock it till you try it!
Recipe:
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup Almond Milk
-1 cup frozen berries
-handful of spinach
-juice from half of a lemon
That's it. Blend, pour into a bowl, top with some muesli and some fruit, grab a spoon and dig in!
